Program Description:

This program is designed to help expectant mother’s settle into their soon-to-be new roles. Join us as we have Edmonton area professionals speak on car seat safety, nutrition, budgeting and so much more. Every other week the group will participate in fun, self-care activities. Stay Tuned for a full schedule coming soon.

Program Outcome:

  • Participants will develop confidence in navigating all the changes that come with the first 6 weeks of welcoming a baby.
  • Gain confidence in your parenting skills.
  • Network and socialize with other new parents.
  • Learn self-care skills that they can incorporate into their daily lives.
  • Have access to community resources to support new motherhood.
