This program offers a step-by-step guide to learning practical strategies and concrete skills for communicating effectively with children. You will learn how to deal with your child’s negative feelings, express anger without being hurtful, set firm limits, resolve family conflicts peacefully, and discover ways to promote self discipline and responsibility without punishment.
