Little Chefs

In this program caregivers and their child(ren) will have the opportunity to connect as they learn how to prepare healthy, low cost snacks together.  Through the preparation process children will develop literacy, numeracy, and self help skills all while having fun making yummy recipes!  Caregivers and children will have an opportunity to sit and enjoy their recipes together!  Best suited for ages 18 month – 6 years.  All materials will be provided.

Not able to join us in person..no problem!  This program will also be offered via Zoom.  Call 780-478-5396 or email reception@kara-frc.ca to register and to get your Zoom ID and Password.

Materials will be available through curbside pickup.
